Directions
Airfried Zucchini Chips is a crunchy, healthy and delicious snack you can prepare in your Airfryer. It takes less than 30 minutes and the recipe is very easy to follow.
The trick to making zucchini chips in the air fryer is the breading. As you can see in my Air fryer fail with Zucchini, I did not use any egg wash to coat the zucchinis the first time around. Not surprisingly, the result was miserable.
However, this experience did not stop me and I am now pleased with the Airfried Zucchini chips! You can pair these chips with some Chicken Fingers or Honey Mustard Chicken.
Last but not least, I recommend more Air Fried snacks – the Air Fried Onion Rings and the Air Fried Pizza bites!

Preparation TimePeel and cut the zucchini. Prepare 3 bowls for the breading - 1 with egg, 1 with breadcrumbs + cayenne red pepper and 1 with flour + garlic powder. Dip the zucchini chips in the bowls. Start with the Flour one, then the Egg one, and finish off with the Breadcrumbs. |
