Directions
Airfried Mini Cheesecake is a dessert you can whip out quickly in your Airfryer.
As I didn’t have any pre-made crust I had to do this step as well. However, I can testify that it was easier than I thought and the Cheesecakes were delicious. I added coconut oil to the crust instead of butter. The subtle flavor of coconuts at the end was really complimenting the entire dessert.
Same goes for the cheesecake mixture. I added some coconut flakes to experiment and see what happens. Try it, you would thank me later!
All in all, so far this has been the most successful Dessert I have Airfried. You can personalize the Airfried Mini Cheesecake with your choice of toppings and impress your guests with a light, delicious and flavorful dish.
