Today I am comparing Airfried Churrasco (Short ribs) and Baked Churrasco. Since there is a debate online for a while now – should you or should you not AirFry your Steak? I stand behind that airfrying a steak is a bit too much for me. That said, airfrying ribs is definitely in my go-to dishes.
Churrasco (Short ribs) is one of my favorite go-to dishes to do. It cooks fast, it is flavorful and juicy. I usually marinate it overnight, however 4-6 hours is enough time for the meat to absorb the marinate flavors.
So without further ado, check out the video. The two meats do look the same. The Baked one was slightly juicier, while the Airfried Churrasco was more flavorful.
Are you a meat lover? Do check out my BBQ Ribs and my Mongolian Beef posts. On another note, one of the most popular foods in the Air Fryer is Chicken. You can try out the Air Fried Chicken Skewers, the Stuffed Chicken or the Tandoori Chicken.
You can pair this wonderful Churrasco with some Air Fried Corn on the Cob or some Air Fried Nachos. Both would go well with the flavors of the short ribs therefore making them a good side dish.
