Directions
I got the inspiration for this Airfried Cauliflower Soup from one of my fellow Airfryer-ers on Instagram that posted a recipe about Airfried Turmeric Cauliflower. Since I did not have turmeric on hand, I decided to tweak it and use curry instead. As I am not the biggest fan of cauliflowers, turning the veggies into a creamy soup made me see them in a new light. The curry spice is definitely with a strong flavor and it brings that extra kick to the mix.
What is great about this Airfried Cauliflower soup is that it keeps you warm. Hence, it is perfect for a cosy afternoon in front of the TV. The Soup is the perfect dish for the cold, snowy weather we have been experiencing this winter.
If you are a cauliflower fan, you can also try the Air Fried Cauliflower Steaks. Cauliflower is indeed one of those vegetables that you either love or hate. I am definitely not on the loving side, unfortunately.
If you are looking for more Air Fried Soup recipes, you can check out my Air Fried Tomato Soup. It is relatively close to a Roasted Tomato soup, however the cooking process is faster in the Air fryer. Alternatively, you can finish off the traditional French Onion Soup in the Air Fryer instead of the oven. It does take half the time!
