Directions
Air fried Roasted Garlic or Garlic confit is an easy appetizer you can prepare in no time. The combination of garlic and butter, though a simple one, is divine. The flavors just compliment each other so well. What I love about this recipe is the simplicity of it. There is no complication and it is easy to follow.
I would recommend keeping the garlic in the air fryer for longer to ensure that it softens enough. I do think mine could have spend a couple of more minutes air frying. Another tip here is to melt your butter in the air fryer. I do see many are used to doing so in their microwaves. Since I do not have one, I did try it a couple of months back and worked quickly and effortlessly.
This Air fried Roasted garlic goes well with any dishes. It is a definite crowd pleaser as the flavors are simple and delicious. You can serve it as an appetizer or a side to any main dish, as it would not overpower what is coming next.
I would also recommend checking out the Air Fried Cheesy Garlic toast which takes the combination a step further, adding cheeses to it!
