1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Cayenne Red Pepper
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
Fresh Basil

Air Fried Peach Salad is an easy and light summer salad you can prepare last minute.

I really enjoy the combination of the salty tomatoes and caramelized peaches. The creamy burrata ties it altogether, while the fresh basil is the right amount of Mediterranean you need. I am a big fan of cayenne red pepper, hence I sprinkle a bit on top of the peaches. You can opt out, of course.

Step One

Cut the peaches and season them with the cayenne red pepper and the brown sugar.

Air fry for 7 minutes at 375F / 180C.

Step Two

In the meantime, cut your tomato and dice the fresh basil.

Step Three

Once the peaches are out, assemble them on a plate together with the cut tomato.

Place the burrata in the middle. Sprinkle with the fresh basil, olive oil and salt.
