4 oz Feta Cheese
1 tbsp Fresh mint
1 tsp Cayenne Red Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Olive Oil

Air Fried Feta Watermelon Salad is a must try for this summer season. This version is a twist on the traditional Feta Cheese Tomato salad.

To start with, air frying the feta cheese softens it and makes it taste milder. Additionally, since the feta cheese is naturally salty, you do not need to add any additional salt. The mint brings a fresh flavor to the salad. The combination of the three – watermelon, feta cheese and mint, is definitely refreshing and perfect for the summer season. You can also add some cucumbers and balsamic vinegar, if you are feeling adventurous! I would suggest serving the salad chilled.
