Directions
Air Fried Mongolian Beef is an easy and juicy dish you can prepare in under 30 minutes in your Air fryer.
The flavors are rich while the meat remains juicy. Cooking the beef in the air fryer, coated in cornstarch, does keep the juices inside while having a crunchy texture. Once you combine the beef with the sauce, you let the sauce thicken and absorb all the meat flavors.
I serve this Air fried Mongolian Beef with a side of steamed rice and some fresh cilantro. Cilantro combines very well with ginger and Asian flavors in general and adds that earthy touch to the dish.
