What Vanilla powder am I using for this Airfried Honey Bananas?
Below you can see which vanilla powder I have in my kitchen and used for the Airfried Honey Bananas. As the flavor of vanilla is quite strong and overpowering, I do recommend to use it in moderation. The idea is to bring out the other flavors of the dish (the sweetness of the banana and the honey).
Alternatively, you could take a couple of vanilla sticks and slice them thinly into crumble to substitute the powder. There is, as well, the option of applying a few drops of vanilla extract. However, I do prefer to keep this as last resources since the extract has a very high concentration of vanilla.

I believe vanilla ice cream would be a great combo with the bananas to turn it into a dessert.
Alternatively, some yoghurt and granola can help transform this dish into a healthy, delicious and nutritious breakfast.
