Airfried Spanish Tortilla is an easy and delicious dish you can make in your Airfryer.

Tortilla in Spain is typical for breakfast, brunch or as a tapa. Usually the Spanish also serve mayonnaise on the side. The typical Spanish Tortilla consists of eggs, potatoes and onions. You can add any kind of fillings that you are a fan of – from artichokes, to chorizo or sausage to cheese. The possibilities are indeed endless.

Making Airfried Spanish Tortilla is definitely easier than the traditional way and I am sure you will enjoy it.

Preparation time

Cut the potatoes in small cubes to get ready for parboiling.

Dice the onions.

Whisk the 3 eggs in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and olive oil.

Potatoes cooking time

Parboil the potatoes in salty boiling water for 10 mins.

Then transfer the potatoes in an Airfryer pan together with the onions. Season with pepper, butter and olive oil and airfry for 10 minutes at 375F / 180C.

Last cooking step

Pour the eggs on top of the potatoes and onions. Cook for 10 minutes at 375F / 180C.
