Directions
Airfried Coconut Blueberry Muffins are an easy dessert to cook in your AirFryer in 20 minutes. Blueberries and Coconut make for a great combination. You can, of course, adapt this recipe to any other fillings.
I would like to mention that the silicone muffin holders are a great accessory to have. They are non-stick so you can expect almost no cleanup of the AirFryer necessary. At the same time, the silicone holder keeps the muffins moist and easily removable.
Since we are not using any oil for the Airfried Coconut Blueberry Muffins, they are somewhat healthy. If you would like to adapt the recipe to be gluten-free, you can opt out to use coconut flour instead of regular flour.

Enjoy Airfrying!
